This is a 2-year fixed term contract role with Siemens Energy. The location is Singapore and we will only consider candidates with full work rights in Singapore as we are not able to sponsor EP.

Your profile
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a similar field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years cross-functional HR experience, including strong understanding of general HR operations, systems, and processes
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in a project management capacity including end-to-end management of large/ medium-scale, complex projects, eg, M&A
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including verbal presentations and drafting employee/manager communications
• Able to work with ambiguity and adapts to shifting priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• HR systems (e.g. Workday) experience is a plus
• Full work rights in Singapore
Your responsibilities
• Represent Asia Pacific region in the deployment of global projects in the region
• Responsible for independently managing and co-ordinating the project scheduling activities including monitoring the projects by using appropriate tools and techniques for efficient and effective project completion
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in the organisation on M&A topics to in relation to end to end process of integration / acquisitions
• Effectively communicate with management team, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed
• Develop and execute communication plans to educate internal HR partners and relevant business stakeholders about upcoming HR initiatives
• Champion efforts for efficient and effective processes and serving as a central resource for streamlined project management
• Represent the HR Team as a subject matter expert on cross-functional project teams, engaging the appropriate internal partners as needed
• Oversee or perform ad-hoc special projects, analyses, or processes in support of the overall HR team
