How to contribute to our vision
This role is being added to the Collaboration and Voice Services team to establish and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new and updated IT infrastructure services. The primary business aim is to ensure all solutions deployed within this domain are rigorously tested from a user perspective, meet functional requirements, and deliver a high-quality end-user experience. To achieve this, the role will focus on three core areas: UAT strategy and planning, which involves creating comprehensive test plans and cases; test execution and defect management, focused on identifying, documenting, and tracking issues to resolution; and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring alignment between business users, development teams, and project management. Given the focus on ensuring service quality, the ideal candidate will be a Senior Professional (P3) with advanced knowledge of UAT methodologies and experience in an IT services environment. They will be expected to work independently on complex testing projects and guide others in quality assurance best practices.
