How to contribute to our vision
This role is a new, part-time addition to the Collaboration and Voice Services team within the IT Infrastructure organization. The primary business need is to establish a dedicated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) capability to ensure new and updated IT collaboration tools meet business requirements and are ready for enterprise-wide deployment. To address this, the role will focus on three core areas: UAT Planning and Test Design, encompassing the creation of test strategies and cases; Test Execution and Defect Management, involving hands-on testing and issue tracking; and Reporting and Process Improvement, focused on communicating results and refining quality assurance standards for collaboration services. Given the focus on ensuring IT service quality, the ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of UAT methodologies, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and experience with enterprise collaboration platforms. As a Senior Professional (P3), the role requires the ability to work independently on complex projects and manage testing processes with limited supervision.

- Create and distribute UAT status reports, test summary reports, and final sign-off documentation for stakeholders.
- Analyze test results to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement.
