Internal Events Planning/Coordination work is focused on planning and logistics for large-scale internal meetings (e.g., annual general meetings, holiday functions, etc.) including: •Facility selection, menu planning, transportation arrangements, provision of audio/visual equipment, etc. •Preparing and distributing invitations, agendas, reading material/ handouts •Maintain calendar of events, coordinating and recording event summaries and feedback from events •Contract/vendor negotiation and liaison
